New forum colours and new features

The forum has been given a new colour scheme.
It is much the same as the old one, but changes include:
New icons for post counts.
New admin name colour (green).
New senior member/team redeployment colour (gold).
New logo.
New category scheme.

An award system has been added, along with a new application system that will be implemented ASAP.

This thread will be un-stickied after a few days.

Also added is a warning system.
It will add a little bar with a percentage showing the user's warning level.
When the level reaches 100%, the user will be perma-banned.
